Why it matters. Gritty’s vision is to enable and empower early career professionals to connect better and achieve more through sales. Historically, deeply rooted systemic barriers have limited equitable access to career opportunities for underrepresented populations, particularly in who-you-know industries like medical and technology sales. Gritty places new grads and career pivoter’s from diverse backgrounds into sought-after sales roles through education, mentorship & community and, above all else, leading with Grit.
